Orders can be placed in person at the shop, or using our Contact Form. Please allow 24 hours for processing your order.

We can create customized gift baskets, personalized boxes, corporate gifts, and wedding favors. We look forward to working with you to meet your gift giving needs.

Shipping days are from Monday through Thursday. Orders placed on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Chocolate Maya takes great care in getting your chocolates to their destination in perfect condition. Warm-Weather Packaging is used when necessary. Easy shipping months are December through March. All orders shipped from April through November are shipped overnight using warm-weather packaging materials. Shipping costs will be higher during those months to cover the extra packaging and expedited shipping.

We are not responsible for packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, so double-check those addresses! We highly recommend that someone be available to receive the package when it is delivered. We cannot be responsible packages damaged due to recipients not being available to accept delivery. If a package needs to be re-shipped, additional charges will apply.
