Take US-101 North to exit #96B Laguna Street/Garden Street. Take the Garden Street. exit toward downtown Santa Barbara. Make a left on E. Gutierrez Street for 0.3 miles. After passing State Street merge into the left lane and turn into parking lot. The first 75 minutes are FREE.

North of Santa Barbara
Take US-101 South to the Castillo Street/Harbor exit. Make a left on Castillo Street and go to W. Haley. Make a right on W. Haley and proceed to State Street. Make a right turn at State Street and take State Street to Gutierrez Street. Make a right on Gutierrez and immediately merge into the left lane. Turn left into the parking lot. The first 75 minutes are FREE.

From State Street
If you are coming from the beach on State Street, proceed on State Street to Gutierrez. At Gutierrez make a left turn and remain in the left lane (one way street). Turn left into the parking lot. The first 75 minutes are FREE. If you are on State traveling toward the beach, make a right on Gutierrez and immediately merge into the left lane. Turn left into the parking lot.
